Appliance Giant offers a price match guarantee for all our customers to ensure we provide the lowest price every day. Our team will gladly price match competitors’ prices, at time and point of sale. We will not only price match it but at times beat it!  Product prices are regularly updated to make sure all our customers are getting the right price. We strive every day to make your shopping experience easy, convenient and reliable.

The conditions of the price match guarantee;

• The product must be identical.
• Brand new in the box.
• Must be listed on our website.
• We look at the final price of a product, price must include all costs, including shipping service fee.
• If the product price is advertised as pickup, we reserve the right to add a shipping service fee.
• To price match, the product needs to be visible on an Australian website and in stock at that retailer.

In any case, if a customer finds a lower price, they will receive a price match at the point of sale. We do not offer price match unless the product is live on our competitors’ website and visible at the time of sale. Our Price Match Guarantee excludes marketplaces. (i.e. a price from the previous day, time or period will not be considered eligible).
